Road Staro-Kaluzhskoe Shosse is a continuation of the Profsoyuznaya road leading away from Metro 'Tyoplyi Stan' in the direction of Roslavl. Drive along the Staro-Kaluzhskoe Shosse all the way to Kamenka. You will pass several small towns including: Krasnaya Pakhra, Vatutinki and Troitsk. After Troitsk you will come to a roundabout - go straight over it in the direction of Roslavl (still on Staro-Kaluzhskoe Shosse). After small towns Voronovo and Lvovo the road will fork. Turn right towards Kaluga, and go straight on. You will then pass by villages Kresty and Kamenka. About one km beyond Kamenka you will see the long metal fence of the Pioneer camp 'Gorki'. At the end of the fence there is a sign saying 'Kaluzhskaya oblast' and there is immediately a small turning on the right which you should take. We will mark the turning. If you reach the petrol stations beyond the 'Kaluzhskaya oblast' sign you have missed the turn. Follow the narrow country road for about 3km, always bearing right when the road forks. You will be able to see Orion on the top of the hill on your right.
